“As a manager at TSFC you are the connection between the GM and the team. You make sure that all the different sections of the restaurant come to getter to perform at their peak level. You work closely with the GM to come up with new events, menus, service and quality enhancements and other issues to keep TSFC on top of its game. Next to the creative side of the job you’re responsible for the profitability of the restaurant, as well as upkeep of the HACCP standards, inventory levels and staff cost control”
